I’m trying to think up a review for this and I’m just coming up blank. This is perfect. It is literally the best thing I’ve ever read, and it feels like it’s personalized to me. I have three merrow characters, and I was planning on writing out a story almost exactly this one for them, but I very obviously don’t have to now- it’s already been written, well, with characters everyone loves, and it’s fucking PERFECT.

I haven’t had this many emotions in a long time. It pets my inter-species kink in every way possible. There’s language barriers, physical challenges, mental roadblocks, emotional outbursts, teaming up and breaking apart. This is a beautiful work of art. I don’t usually read Supernatural fanfics, but this… is perfect.

Okay. Okay. The usual approach isn’t working. And you know what that means? That’s right. That means Texas needs to Texasify it. Even though he ain’t real sure how he can Texasify Texas, if anyone can do it, it’s Texas.

This is one of those fics that creates a ship. It brings you in slowly, makes you fall in love with the characters, creates a relationship in 6’000 words. I’ve been thinking about it for the last few days even though I never really shipped it before - this is the kind of fic that starts you out and draws you in. Because of this, I think this is actually my favorite Motorcity fanfic I’ve read to date - there’s something about Texas being sweet in his weird way that just gets me, man. Also I keep reading the title out loud and laughing. Eheehee.
